Installing Socital through Google Tag Manager

To make your Socital campaigns visible at your website, you need to add the Socital code to your website.
This needs to be done only once. There is a way to do this through the Google Tag Manager.

Quick Overview

  1. Go to Google Tag Manager > New tag > Community Template Gallery > Add Socital template
  2. Open Account Settings in your Socital account from the top right corner.
  3. Copy your Client ID
  4. Paste your Client ID in the tag
  5. Choose to fire the tag on All Pages.
  6. Create tag > Save > Publish.

Go into your Google Tag Manager account and add a New Tag.  Click on “Tag Configuration”.
Click on "Discover more tag types in the Community Template Gallery".In the search box type "Socital".
Click on the Socital tag template.
Click on "Add to Workspace".
Click on "Add" to confirm.
The Socital tag template has been added to your account and applied to your new tag.
Open Account Settings in your Socital account from the top right corner.
Copy your Client ID.
Go back to Google Tag Manager and paste your Client ID in the "Client ID" field.
Click on “Triggering”.
 Choose to fire the tag on All Pages.
Name your tag and click “Save”. 
 Preview and then publish the changes as you usually do when making any changes in the Google Tag Manager.
Now that you installed your Socital script on your website, any Socital campaign that you activate from your Dashboard will be visible to your visitors.
